Twelve years ago a pair of Irishmen came home first and second in the National Hot Rod World Final and the same two did it again this year. 940 Davy McColl  became the World Champion again and 994 Keith Martin was second. The weather behaved itself producing two scorching days of heat and action, featuring over 300 cars and seven formulas this double tape package recreates the spectacle and atmosphere that makes the Ipswich Spedeweekend so special. Superstox driver Chris Bradbury had a spectacular roll up the fence as can be seen in the photo sequence and the crash appears in full close up on the video. Includes all 34 races over the 2 days, interviews with many of the leading National Hot Rod drivers and pays respect to the minutes silence following the untimely death of Hot Rod driver Mark Boulden the previous week.
